You may have heard of the hojo motor, well this has been re-named and is now known as the Howard Johnson Motor. It is a motor that is powered by magnets and the claim is that this motor will power your house, thus eliminating electricity bills. The howard johnson motor is a major breakthrough in the magnetic generator field in that you only have to give it a push start and then it will run of its own power for years.
The first thing you will notice when you visit the site is that there is very little to no info there, all you will see is an opt in form and a video of the howard johnson motor, this video can only be viewed after opting in. It is worth it though because the video shows the motor in all its glory, running of its own power. The amount of people searching for a video of the ho jo motor is staggering and now finally there is one that shows this device is the real deal.
Now when it was called the ho jo motor all you got when you bought the plans was a pdf that gave you the instructions to build it, its all changed now though. The product is now a members only website and it is really good, the plans are still there to be downloaded but now there is also a forum and videos. Best of all though is the fact that the content on there is constantly updated, meaning everytime there is a new addition to the plans you know about it straight away.
I think the new format is brilliant and I take a look everyday to see if there are any updates or to read the forum and to check other peoples progress.

It is the dream of most home owners to say bye bye to power bills and the thought of a permanent magnet motor for energy is most appealing. The question is though, is there really such a device?
What is a permanent magnet motor?
A Permanent Magnet motor has a coil of wire called the armature that rotates when an electric current is passed through it. Now to make a generator from such a motor is easy but the flipside is that the power to make the motor turn will be less than the power output from the motor. The more output of power you want then the more input of power you need to feed the motor.
What other options are there?
When it comes to producing free electricity there are several options, you can fit solar panels or a wind turbine but the one that interests me is called the ho jo motor, this is a generator powered by magnets thats needs no external power to run.
